Leina Hoyt, LMFT

Leina leads our clinical team and has been a therapist for over 25 years. Leina specializes in trauma and works with children, adolescents and adults. She is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), EMDR, and trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Leina works collaboratively with her clients and their loved ones to help them find relief and peace.

Brandy Haddock, LPC

Brandy is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience supporting individuals on their journey toward deeper self-understanding, emotional clarity, and lasting inner connection. She works with clients to provide a brave space for slow, intentional curiosity and gently invites them to explore the rich landscape of their internal world. Brandy helps clients utilize both the body and the mind and focuses on helping clients integrate past experiences in order to live authentically as a whole self. Whether you experienced childhood trauma or simply felt overwhelmed at times and coped by creating distance from your core self, she helps you work toward integration.

Jennifer Conner, PLPC

Jennifer has a master's in counseling from Missouri State University. She practices from a trauma-based framework, integrating nature-based techniques with movement and mindfulness to help clients re-connect with themselves and the larger world. Jennifer is certified in mindfulness-based ecotherapy. On her off days she is likely ambling through the woods or floating down a wild river with her family.

Sarah Parrish, LCSW

Sarah specializes in providing trauma-informed counseling tailored to meet the unique needs of children, adolescents, and their families. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practices like Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), helping clients build essential skills for emotional regulation and resilience. Sarah’s background in mindfulness and self-regulation ensures that sessions provide practical tools clients can use to feel more grounded and empowered every day.
