Dr. Amy Hoyt, PhD

Dr. Amy Hoyt is certified in Traumatic Stress Studies by the Trauma Research Foundation. She is trained in polyvagal theory and somatic practices. Dr. Hoyt has been working in the field of trauma for ten years, as a researcher of mass trauma (genocide and apartheid) and individual trauma. She is an author, podcaster and speaker and is passionate about helping others learn to break free from the chains of past trauma using research and science.

Leina Hoyt, MFT, MA

Leina Hoyt has been a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California for 20 years where she mentored hundreds of therapists and oversaw thousands of cases. She is a trauma trained therapist and functions as a trauma trained coach when helping clients who live outside of California. As the founder of a non-profit focused on offering affordable mental health to the underserved in northern California, Leina gained both breadth and depth of therapeutic experience. She has been trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, Polyvagal theory and many other methods of trauma recovery. Leina has been trained by the Center for Missing and Exploited Children and has worked on complex cases during her career.

Dr. Jeana Gledhill Hoyt, MD, MPH

Dr. Jeana Gledhill Hoyt, MD, MPH has been practicing medicine for more than 15 years. Dr. Hoyt is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed a pediatric residency at the University of California, San Francisco. She has participated in global pediatric education and advocacy throughout her career. Previous to her career in medicine, Dr. Hoyt worked as a public health educator for the American Red Cross, and a data analyst for the College Alcohol Study at Harvard University School of Public Health.

Wendy Airoso, MA, CT

Wendy is a Cytologist who is also trained in neurofeedback and other methods of trauma recovery. She is fascinated with the way spiritual connection permeates our cell processes and how these two things can work together to help us heal from trauma.

Tony Airoso, MBA

Tony Airoso has extensive experience with Strategy creation and execution, Strategic Planning, Merchandising, Strategic Customer Management, Pricing, and Financial Planning and Analysis. Tony has a Bachelor of Arts in both Spanish and Economics from San Diego State University and an MBA from the University of Maryland at College Park. Tony had various roles with United Parcel Service, Albertson’s and Walmart where he finished his career as the SVP GMM Dairy Upstreaming for Walmart Stores US.
