A clapperboard and color calibration card rest on one armchair, while white floor lamps stand on either side. White curtains hang in the background, and a dresser with a flower vase is partially visible.

    Therapy

We offer individual, couple and family therapy services. Our therapists are trained in many different therapeutic techniques.

Therapy can be short-term or long-term and may focus on symptom relief, developing coping skills, processing past experiences, improving relationships, or fostering personal growth.

Our therapists specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma recovery, EMDR, Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and take a person-centered approach.

    Neurofeedback Brain Training

Neurofeedback is a noninvasive therapeutic technique that trains the brain to self-regulate by providing real-time feedback about its electrical activity.

Sensors placed on the scalp record brainwave patterns, which are translated into simple visual or auditory cues. Over 30-40 sessions, individuals learn to shift toward healthier brainwave patterns associated with improved attention, emotional regulation, sleep, and stress resilience.
